Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for a different color, design, or item are available if the stock allows.
  • Contact support first for guidance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrived broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
